We can only accept exchanges on quality issues, if you receive an item with quality problems upon reception please contact us.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we only cover the shipping fee to customer for an exchange, which means customer is to provide return shipping fee.
